This Is Not a One-Size-Fits-All Plan

Most meal plans offered online are recycled templates with calories adjusted. That approach doesn’t work for growing athletes with different sports, training demands, and recovery needs.

I build every plan individually. No two athletes get the same plan. Food preferences, allergies, school schedules, practice times, and goals are all factored in from the start.

How It Works

From Intake to Execution

Comprehensive Intake

Parents and athletes complete one detailed form covering body stats, sport, training schedule, food preferences, allergies, and goals.

Calorie & Macro Targets

I calculate calorie and macronutrient needs using the Mifflin–St Jeor equation, then adjust those numbers based on training volume and growth.

Custom Meal Plan Creation

Meals are built using USDA nutrition data to ensure accuracy. Everything is tailored around foods your athlete actually likes.

Coaching & Education

This is more than a list of meals. I coach both the athlete and the parent through the process and teach real nutrition understanding along the way.

Includes a full calorie and macro breakdown along with a custom starter meal plan. This option provides clear direction and a strong foundation with basic support.

8-Week Custom Plan

$280

Includes unlimited coaching, weekly adjustments, and more hands-on time with me. We make changes as training volume, schedule, and goals evolve.

12-Week Custom Plan

$400

The most hands-on option and best for long-term results. With more time together, we can make adjustments as training demands change and ensure continued progress.
